Mini tennis

Age : 4-6

Timing :
Morning – 6.30 to 8.30 AM
Evening – 4.00 to 6.00 PM

(1 hour each)

Programs

1. Lessons will be held on the mini court.
2. Played with softer, lighter and colourful Tennis Balls.
3. Mainly focused on the Co-ordination skills.
4. Session will be completed with a fun Game.

Programs

1. Program suitable for kids aged above 6          2. Lessons will be conducted in a group format.
3. Coaches will be over looking on the technical and co-ordination aspects.
4. Players will be put on to co-ordination drills.
5. General fitness will be a part of the session.

Beginner program

Timing :
Morning – 6.30 to 8.30 AM
Evening – 4.00 PM to 6.00 PM

(1 hour each)

Intermediate Program

Timing :
Morning – 6.30 to 8.30 AM
Evening – 4.00 PM to 6.00 PM

(1 hour each)

Programs

1. Lessons will be conducted in a group format.
2. Lessons will upgraded in form of  rallies, points and introduction of matches and points.                                                              3. Coaches will be over looking on the technical, tactical and co-ordination aspects.
4. Matches will be played every alternate days based on the individuals progress .
5. General fitness will be a part of the session.

Programs

1. Lessons will be conducted in a group format.
2. Junior Advanced program is a transition phase for the players to move from Intermediate to the Advanced batch.
3. Program mostly suitable for players having the basic experience of the game for at least one year.
4. Matches will be played every alternate days based on the individuals progress .
5. General fitness will be a part of the session.

Junior Advanced Program

Timing :
Morning – 6.30 to 8.00 AM
Evening – 4.30 PM to 6.00 PM

(1 1/2 hour each)

ADVANCED

Timing :
Morning – 6.30 to 9.30 AM
Evening – 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM

(6 hours a day)

Programs

1. Classes will conducted in a group of max 4 Players on court. Players having min of 2-3 years of playing experience.
2. Players in the Advanced batch will be based on the assessment in both tennis and fitness levels.
3. Fitness is the main focus and the same will be planned based on the target set.

4. Lessons will programmed based on the tournaments planned.   

5.Coaches will be over looking on the technical, tactical and co-ordination aspects.

6. Tournament planned by Coaches based on goals (Both Tennis and Fitness)                                                                                                 
7. Diet Chart shall be assigned.( At added cost)
