Evening – 3.00 PM to 6.00 PM
(6 hours a day)
- Classes will conducted in a group of max 4 Players on court. Players having min of 2-3 years of playing experience.
- Players in the Advanced batch will be based on the assessment in both tennis and fitness levels.
- Fitness is the main focus and the same will be planned based on the target set.
- Lessons will programmed based on the tournaments planned.
- Coaches will be over looking on the technical, tactical and co-ordination aspects.
- Tournament planned by Coaches based on goals (Both Tennis and Fitness)
- Diet Chart shall be assigned.( At added cost)

High Performance
Duration : Play – 240 mins / Fitness – 120 mins
Timing :
8.30 am to 5.30 pm (includes all break time)
